The Great Burrito Debate: Baja Burrito

I ate at Baja Burrito about a week ago, and nothing sticks in my mind about my experience there. And that, my friends, is a problem. It wasn't that the burrito they made for me was bad, but it just wasn't cutting in some places. It didn't have the delicious spice, the delectable kick of taste that a great burrito truly needs; it was bland. Furthermore, the wrapping job was so loose that it was a mess to eat. And by the end of the meal, you know I was needing some serious napkins. I mean, I'd heard of Baja Burrito being heralded as one of the best local places to get a burrito in Nashville, but for me it just didn't make it.Baja Burrito is located in Nashville, TN. *You may notice that the top rankings have been moved around a little. First, I've finally gotten over Chipotle (a little). Chipotle will always hold a special place in my heart, since they're the restaurant responsible for getting me into burritos. But, they are no longer my personal favorite. Boston local El Pelon is taking the lead for me these days, and with good reason. They make the tastiest burritos I've ever had in my life. Sorry Chipotle, but I knew I'd move on someday.

Next time you are in Chicago you should try out Garcia's in Lincoln Square. I would venture to say they have one of the best burritos I've ever had. Plus it's gigantic and only $5. Just a tip!
I cannot believe that you went to a burrito place in Nashville. But I think it just is unbelievable that you finally have broken off your relationship with Chipotle.
I'm really surprised to see that as this list grows, most of the chart toppers are Boston titles. In terms of the lay of the land culturally it doesn't have the spread like we do back home. Sweet.
