Vampire Weekend

Vampire Weekend are little different. They are clearly influenced by popular African music as well as, you know, indie rock. This spin makes for some interesting musical lines. They're pretty new on the block, though, so all we have to gauge them by is their debut EP. But just from those three songs, the potential of Vampire Weekend can be seen. It's fun music. I'm looking forward to hearing their debut full-length, which doesn't come out until January 29th, next year.
